The Method

The foundation of my method is simple. It’s built on dispelling the biggest myth out there – that lifting weights makes women bulky. The truth is, it doesn’t. In fact, it does the opposite – it creates toned muscles, while reducing body fat, to create a long, lean physique.

My method pairs functional strength training, compound movements and intentional cardio to give you the results you are looking for. I show you that consistency + hard work + patience = results.

TRAIN

The cornerstone of my method is built on using strength training to achieve the body of your dreams. There is no amount of cardio that is going to do that for you. Using various methods that utilize progressive overload you will see changes in your body that you have never witnessed before.

RECOVER

Take days off, sleep well, and enjoy. We cannot perform at optimal levels if we are always pushing ourselves to exhaustion. My programs incorporate days where we leave fuel in the tank and days where you’ll hate me and wish I didn’t exist. Most importantly, I teach you how to take your foot off the gas.

HYDRATE

NURTURE

Food is fuel. I will show you how eating well, choosing the right protein sources, enjoying carbs, and having a glass of wine or tequila soda on occasion can actually help you in the long run. Nurture yourself with healthy and nutritious foods and you’ll never restrict calories again.

LOVE

You must learn to love the process. Through my programs and instruction, you’ll discover that loving the process and the journey is more important than the destination. In the exploration of the journey, you will also learn to love yourself.
