Growing up, I was known as the “chubby kid” in school. One day, I had enough and decided to get fit. There was just one problem, I didn’t know where to start. I spent the rest of my teenage years yo-yo dieting, over exercising and ultimately, developed anorexia. This, coupled with a type 1 diabetes diagnosis at age 18 could have sent me down a horrible path.
I could have continued down that path but instead something inside of me pushed me down the path of self discovery. A path that would ultimately lead me to find my true purpose in life. That purpose? To be of service to others. From that point forward I became a sponge for anything health and wellness related. Magazines, books, research papers, speaking events, and just about every certification that existed.
17 years later and I don’t just have theoretical knowledge, I have practical knowledge. Working with women from every walk of life, every profession, every shape, and size. I’ve fine tuned my skills to give you the best version of myself possible.
