With 1-1 personal training, we’ll work together to create a customized plan that’s tailored to your goals so that you can achieve the results you want. I’ll be guiding you every step of the way, using the latest science, modalities and exercises to create a strong, lean body.

In-Person Training

When you come to train with me in person, you’ll have the entire gym to yourself and 60 minutes dedicated to you and only you. Each and every session is tailored to you and your goals. At the end of every session, 5 to 10 minutes are dedicated to stretch and massage.

Don’t live in the Los Angeles area? No problem. I also offer virtual training, following the same format as my in-person training. Prior to starting training together, I’ll have you tell me what equipment you have available and I’ll create a custom program using that equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

I respect your time so I ask that you respect mine. You must cancel within 24 hours of your session to avoid being charged.
