HEALTH AND FITNESS CHANGED MY LIFE

I used to believe that fitness was one dimension. Exercise! This took a toll on me mentally and physically. I knew there had to be another way because focusing on just exercise was not sustainable. The more I committed myself to true health and wellness, the more I realized that there is so much more to being healthy. I transformed myself and my mindset and in the process I realized that I had a responsibility to help others who struggle in the same way I did.
I had the pleasure of training Xolo Mariduena for his role in ‘Blue Beetle,’ it was a dream come true for so many reasons! Being able to have a small part in helping bring the first Latino superhero to life was unreal. I’m honored and blessed Thank you Xolo for trusting me. Xolo put his heart into every workout, and the results were amazing – he gained more power, confidence, and resilience than ever before.
