Meet the founder Danny Saltos
I grew up as the “chubby kid” in school and struggled with my weight. Eventually, I decided to get fit, but I didn’t know where to begin. This led to years of yo-yo dieting, excessive exercise, and the development of anorexia, exacerbated by the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes at age 18.
Instead of continuing down a destructive path, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, which ultimately led me to my life’s purpose: serving others in the realm of health and wellness. Over the past 17 years, I immersed myself in learning and now, I possess both theoretical and practical knowledge.
I’ve worked with women of all backgrounds and shapes, honing my skills to offer the best version of myself. In 2006, I founded the Danny Saltos (DS) method with the aim of making personal training accessible to all. Whether you choose in-person training, virtual sessions, or my app, I’m here to support you every step of the way
