This newfound understanding ignited a passion to help others facing similar struggles, driving me to share my insights and experiences, and to develop resources and programs to guide individuals toward sustainable health and wellness.

I was always athletic growing up. From swimming to running, I had never had a personal trainer before. I remember my first session with Danny in March 2016. He made he feel comfortable and encouraged me to always push further than my limits. Not only did Danny train me, he educated me on my body, the workouts he gave me and my food intake.
